20 Air Squats
20 Push-ups

30 Push-ups

Note: The clean performed during this workout begins with the bar on the floor (not in the hang position). The lifter will then receive the barbell in the full front squat position. This may require more coordination than what most people are used to with the power clean variant of the lift. Focus on form more than on increasing the weight. Enjoy the workout.
