A. Warm-Up: Run to lower part of Barrigada Heights Hill (Southside)
B. WOD:

“Tabata Sprints”

Sprint for 20 seconds/Rest for 10 seconds (8 times). Run as far as you can for each 20-second work interval. Attempt to run the same distance or further on subsequent intervals. Bring water.
