  1. 50 lunges (25 each leg) with plate (35/25) held overhead
  2. 25 Pull-ups
  3. 25 Overhead Squats 95/65
  4. 25 push-ups
  5. 25 Back Squats 95/65
  6. 25 Abmat sit-ups
  7. 25 Squat cleans 95/65
  8. 25 Knees to Elbows
  9. 25 Snatch Balance 95/65
  10. 25 Toes to Bar
  11. 25 Front Squats 95/65
  12. 25 Hollow Rocks
  13. 25 Deadlifts 95/65
  14. 25 Supermans
  15. 25 Snatches 95/65
