B. WOD:

“Tabata Sprints”

Sprint for 20 seconds/Rest for 10 seconds (8 times). Run as far as you can for each 20-second work interval. Attempt to run the same distance or further on subsequent intervals. Bring water.

Foundations Course

CF 671 is holding Ha’ligi (Foundations) Course # 008 starting at 1145 AM on Monday, April 25, 2011 at the CrossFit 671 box located on the 1st floor of Building 300 of the Guam National Guard Readiness Complex in Barrigada.

The course is open to valid military ID card holders, ages 18 and up. The course is FREE.
