Training for the Unknown, Part II

Here we go again, Responders.

First, Mother Nature shows us who is really in charge and then a dictator wants to remain in charge. The cumulative effects of these two events are horrendous – an understatement, to say the least.

So, the unknowable has now become the known and you wonder, if you have not responded already, when you are going to be called.

While  you are waiting, commit yourself to the WOD and to giving it your all.

As Bruce Lee once famously said:

“There are no limits. There are plateaus, but you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. A man must constantly exceed his level.”

And, as a t-shirt also predictably stated,

“Be patient and tough. One day this pain will be useful to you.”

So, from all of us at CF671, if you get called to Respond, represent well and we wish you the best.
