-Supine Ring Rows

On supine ring rows, you’re facing the ceiling while holding onto the rings. To execute, you simply pull our chest towards the rings. The more parallel you are in relation to the ground, the more you increase difficulty. Conversely, the more upright you are, the easier it is.
