A. Warm-up: Burgener warm-up, then CF671 Standard WU

B. Strength

Deadlift 3 x 3 (for the last set, attempt to do as many reps as you can)

Press 3 x 3 (same here)

C. Conditioning:

5 rounds of:

-10 Wall-balls

-10 Pull-ups
