CF671 Standard Birthday WODs

It’s the start of a new year. That means birthday celebrations anew. Here at CF671 we encourage our athletes to do one of the standard CF671 birthday WODs on their birthday. You can choose from any WOD listed below:

1. 100 burpees for time. Post time to whiteboard or the CF671 Facebook.

2. 100 burpee pull-ups for time. NOTE: this is a firebreather WOD. Post time to whiteboard or the CF671 Facebook.

3. 100 reps of the barbell complex (95/65); see http://www.mtnathlete.com/subpage_details.php?subpage_ID=112&page_ID=14 . NOTE: this is a super firebreather WOD; you should not attempt this unless you have been crossfitting for at least six months consistently. Post time to whiteboard or the CF671 Facebook.
