A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF 671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Back squat: 3-3-3+ (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For time:

  • 15 x back squats (115/85)
  • 15 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 300 meters
  • 12 x back squats (115/85)
  • 12 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 250 meters
  • 9 x back squats (115/85)
  • 9 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 200 meters
  • 6 x back squats (115/85)
  • 6 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 150 meters
